Candle Info

Each of our candles are made with 100% vegan soy wax, mixed with fragrance oils. Our candles contain the maximum fragrance load for our wax, though it may take a while for the scent to come out during the initial burn.

Scents are also strongest after two weeks of being poured. Since candles are shipped out the same week as Production Day, you may give it a few days to a week after delivery before burning to get the most out of your candle.

The appearance of "wet spots" may occur as it is natural for most soy waxes to lift from the jar depending on temperatures. Frosting and cracking may also occur, but it does not affect the performance or scent of the candle.

General Candle Care

  • Cotton Wicks:
    • Be sure to keep your cotton wick trimmed at 1/4"
    • Trim before every burn, careful to not get any debris in the wax.
  • Wooden Wicks:
    • Wooden Wicks must be between 1/8" - 3/16" before lighting.
    • Before every burn, be sure to cut or snap off ash/burnt wood along the top of the wick. Make sure wax is clear of debris.
  • If flame gets too low, carefully soak up excess wax with a paper towel--be sure to not get rid of too much!
  • If your flame gets too high, blow out the candle, let the wax cool, then trim the wick a little before lighting it again.
  • Always allow the melt pool to reach the edge to prevent tunneling.
  • Extinguish your candle when 1/2" of wax remains.

Remember to not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and be sure to keep it away from pets and children, and never leave your candle unattended!

Room Sprays Ingredients:

Organic Alcohol, Organic Witch Hazel, Polysorbate, Fragrance

Safety Instructions to include with Room Sprays:

1. Spray into centre of room avoiding direct contact with delicate fabrics and surfaces

It is recommended that air fresheners are sprayed towards the centre of the room to avoid marking or staining certain fabrics, textiles, furnishings or surfaces.

2. Shake well before use

This is more of a quality instruction but very important. Shake the air freshener well before use to combine and evenly distribute product oils, liquids, and ingredients during each spray, and ensure maximum fragrance.

 3. Avoid contact with face, eyes, and skin

Room spray products are not cosmetic by nature, so it is not intended to be used on any part of the body, and especially not the face and eyes. It is recommended to spray away from the face and eyes and if contact is made with your skin or eyes, to wash the area with water as soon as possible. Room spray can be a skin irritant.

This is an example of safety information which you can include on your room spray or air freshener warning labels:

“CAUTION: For external use only. If consumed, seek immediate medical advice. Contact with product may cause eye or skin irritation.

If eye contact occurs, rinse with water. Do not dispose in drain. Do not expose to extreme temperatures.”

For more information about the toxic effects of air fresheners, see this article at poison.org.

4. Highly flammable – Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material

Room sprays contain highly flammable ingredients so do not spray anywhere near a naked flame or near any other heat source. Keep room sprays and aerosols away from heat and fire.

5. Do not swallow

Swallowing air freshener can cause toxicity, ranging from minor mouth irritation to nausea, vomiting, and in some cases, effects which are life-threatening. Swallowing larger amounts can also result in intoxication and drowsiness.

6. Keep away from children and pets
