Can I edit my order once I placed it?

  • Once an order has been placed there are no changes that can be made. In order to make any changes, first cancel your order and place another order.

Can I change the shipping address after the order has been placed?

  • Unfortunately, for security purposes, we aren’t able to change the address after an order has been placed.

How can I cancel my order?

  • Please email CS@Synpaiana.com with your order number and email associated with your order. 

How do I find out about upcoming releases?

  • Please follow @Synpaiana on IG to stay up to date with all of our release information.

How long does it take to ship?

  • Orders can take 4-5 business days to process for fulfillment and shipping for delivery.

My package says delivered, but I haven't received?

  • SHIPPING COURIERS SCAN PACKAGES "DELIVERED" AFTER THE MAIL CARRIER DELIVERS. IF YOU RECEIVED A "DELIVERED" STATUS BUT BELIEVE IT IS HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH THE LOCAL USPS POSTAL DELIVERY PERSONNEL OR POST OFFICE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. WE ALSO SUGGEST FOLLOWING UP WITH PERSONS IN THE HOME, RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, ETC. WHO MAY HAVE RETRIEVED THE ITEM ON YOUR BEHALF.

    What is your refund/return policy for Candles/Waxmelts/Room Sprays?

    Since our products are made-to-order, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, send us an email and we will help you out as best we can! Please note that we are unable to do refunds based on scent preference. 

    I placed another order. Can you combine my orders?

    Yes! If you placed more than one order before our next Production day, we will combine them to ship out in one package and will refund any shipping overages. To ensure that your orders will ship together, you can always send us an email with your order numbers and request to combine them!

     

    Will [candle name] be restocked?

    Our monthly collections are available for up to 5 months giving our customers more chances to get the fragrance that they want! Once a new collection is introduced, the oldest collection leaves. Restocks for every candle are still not 100% guaranteed as they are based on popularity and interest.
